Inventory Control Coordinator I Job
Under the direction of the Inventory Manager, the Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for providing the assembly department's all hardware needed for production orders as well as maintaining organization and accurate inventory of the Modula area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Clocks to and perform transactions in Shop-Trak.
- Conduct inventory of tools, parts, and supplies and resupply as needed.
- Works with peers to coordinate movement assembled parts and / or products to the next step operation
- Unload, receive, and store raw materials and supplies
- Maintains accurate stock counts.
- Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
- Creates detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations, and stock levels.
- Suggests solutions for continuous improvements.
- Communicates with co-workers, Plant Managers / Supervisors to ensure accurate reporting, material usage, and labor reporting.
- Reviews and audits inventory reports and transactions electronically.
- Researches, analyzes, and reconciles all variances reported.
- Cycle counting of all material in the warehouse with a concentration in the Modula area.
- Performs necessary inventory reconciliation and adjustments for items.
- Rectifies receiving, picking, and replenishment errors in a timely fashion.
- Completes requests from Purchasing, AP, Engineering and Production Departments.
- Follows safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment as required
- Maintains equipment and work areas; cleans and performs basic repairs as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned.

High school diploma or GED (preferred)Minimum one year experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)Must have 2+ years ERP system experience and will need to possess the analytical skills to interpret data and summarize findings to management (Syteline ERP experience highly preferred).Minimum 1 year Modula Vertical Lift and Auto Tool Crib experience (preferred).Minimum 1 year Warehouse Management Software experience (WMS) (required).Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory, distribution, and operational procedures.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
