Join Medtronic's BPIA Team
The Business Process & Insights Analytics (BPIA) team is seeking a data-driven, process-oriented professional to join our dynamic group focused on transforming operational performance through analytics and strategic insights. This role supports contract and pricing with cross-functional teams by delivering high-impact reporting, uncovering process inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement across order to cash workstream. This position is open to remote within the US.
Responsibilities may include : conducting root cause analysis and interpreting data to support contract and pricing decisions; ensuring accuracy, identifying trends, and driving strategic improvements across pricing operations; administering, extending, and negotiating standard and non-standard contracts; conducting complex capital and service proposal preparation and contract administration activities; preparing quotes, programs, processes specifications, progress, and other reports for leadership and marketing in a timely manner; providing guidance to the sales team of contractual obligations; compiling and analyzing data and maintaining historical information; actively collaborating with internal stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination; assisting and driving internal transformation and improvement initiatives on process, reporting, and tools that help deliver operational excellence for the sales team; participating on internal calls with the field to discuss customer's goals and assist in creating solutions regarding capital and service opportunities; monitoring contract performance and ensuring timely renewals and amendments; communicating with internal and external customers; and may provide training to field partners and other employees within job area.
Must have : minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; advanced practical knowledge within a specific discipline typically gained through extensive work experience and / or education.
Nice to have : Smartsheet, Excel and PowerPoint skills; previous experience with SAP, PowerBI, and Salesforce; experience working in large, global, highly-matrixed organizational structure; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-attention to detail; familiarity with Medtronic policies and programs; experience in the medical device industry; knowledge of contract law; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong organizational and time management skills.
Physical job requirements include being independently mobile and interacting with a computer, and communicating with peers and co-workers.
