While admittance to the Illinois Bar is required, this position can sit in the following offices : Emeryville, CA, Culver City, CA, Tampa, FL, Chicago, IL, St. Louis, MO, West Orange, NJ, New York, NY, Portland, OR, Philadelphia, PA, and Mount Pleasant, SC—full relocation assistance offered.

What You'll Do :

• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Conduct discovery, take / defend depositions, draft motions
• Attend evidentiary hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings
• Maintain close relationships with clients during challenging times
• Travel as needed based on your caseload
