Business Systems Analyst

At its core, the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) role is about partnership-working side by side with business leaders and teams to shape technology solutions that drive H&V forward. The BSA translates strategy into action by gathering requirements, mapping processes, and supporting system selection and implementation. This role is crucial in driving the company's digital transformation and ensuring the seamless integration of business systems. In addition to defining requirements and managing vendor relationships, the role is hands-on in documenting business processes, developing and executing test plans, and troubleshooting issues to ensure systems run smoothly. Success requires developing a deep knowledge of H&V's operations -spanning sales, manufacturing, operations, and finance-as well as the ability to bridge technical and business needs with clear communication and problem-solving skills.
