Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compensation programs
Conduct audits, analyses, and improvements on current compensation philosophy and practices
Participate in compensation surveys and perform job evaluations and analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Required)
Experience in human resources
Relevant certifications in compensation analysis (if applicable)
Experience in compensation program development and implementation
Knowledge of job classification standards and compensation practices
