We are looking for an Outside Sales Executive who will play a pivotal role in driving our sales growth and delivering a Professional, Respectful, and Outstanding client experience. Your primary sales objective will be to develop relationships with high-performing residential real estate agents, bring them into our referral network, and maintain ongoing, regular contact to achieve a steady stream of high-value, warm sales leads. Additionally, you will conduct on-site surveys and prepare detailed estimates for local and long-distance leads and convert them into ProMoves clients. - Expects a daily list of leads to be handed over.
- Waits for the phone to ring instead of making it ring.
- Relies on a back-footed sales style instead of generating its own pipeline. Responsibilities :
- Prospecting and Networking : Engage in prospecting and networking to build and sustain real estate agent and client relationships, fostering opportunities for future and repeat business.
- Prepare Detailed Estimates and Convert Leads into Clients : Create comprehensive moving estimates for both local and long-distance leads and articulate our value proposition to convert leads into clients.
- Achieve Performance Objectives : Meet monthly performance objectives and goals established by you and your manager.
- Client Communication and Interactions : Maintain direct contact with clients to answer questions and resolve issues before, during, and after the move; communicate client expectations to the move coordinator and operations team. Qualifications :
- Experience : At least one (1) year of sales experience, preferably in the moving industry.
- Availability : Weekdays 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm, with occasional client communications after 5pm.
- Transportation : Must have reliable transportation.
- Background Check : Must be able to pass a background check.
- Compensation : $52,000 - $75,000 per year
