• Perform a variety of tasks related to production
• Pouring concrete
• Finishing concrete
• Building forms
• Removing finished products from forms
• Keep up with production volume demands
• Ensure production quality
• Effectively communicate with management and other team members
• Operate safely and comply with all safety regulations
• Follow detailed instructions and guided directions
• Use a measuring tape
• Perform daily cleaning tasks
• Maintain work area in a neat and organized manner
• Perform other tasks instructed by management, which may be unrelated to the Production Technician's other responsibilities
