Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated Switchboard Operator to join their team. As a Switchboard Operator, you will be an essential part of the hospital's communication support team, ensuring seamless connectivity across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Switchboard Operator

Location : Lakewood, CO

Pay Range : $23.68

Shift : Initially Thursday - Friday, 6 : 30 am - 3 : 00 pm; after training, Tuesday - Saturday, 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm

What's the Job?

Operate a telephone console or switchboard to route incoming calls efficiently.

Answer calls for 12 facilities, providing prompt and courteous service.

Dispatch emergency communications accurately and swiftly.

Assist visitors and staff with information and directions as needed.

Maintain clear and professional communication at all times.

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.

Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
