Manager, Learning Experiences

The manager learning experiences will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of digital learning ecosystems and knowledge-sharing frameworks across prime. This role is instrumental in enabling scalable learning, improving employee performance, and ensuring critical knowledge is captured, curated, and accessible across the enterprise.
Responsibilities :
- Provide work direction and coaching to the team, leveraging experience to effectively develop people, meet performance goals and conduct annual performance reviews.
- Develop enterprise learning and knowledge management strategies with supporting dashboards and analytics to measure effectiveness and adoption.
- Support onboarding, upskilling, and role-specific training through digital solutions.
- Evaluate and implement new learning technologies (e.g., learning management system, learning experience platform, microlearning, artificial intelligence driven tools) to enhance engagement and accessibility.
- Collaborate with business units to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions (e.g., knowledge bases, wikis, communities of practice).
- Lead change management and communication efforts related to platform and process updates.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, education or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and / or relevant work experience; high school diploma or GED is required.6 years of work experience in education, training, account / client management and / or project management.2 years of leadership / people management experience.Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.Additional qualifications :
Ability to analyze data with a high level of accuracy and consistency.Ability to manage moderate complex projects.Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.Preferred qualifications :
Previous PBM or healthcare experience.Association for talent development certification.Potential pay for this position ranges from $81,000 to $138,000 based on experience and skills.
