Join Our Team as an LPN at Isabella Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing Care! As a dedicated LPN, you will provide essential nursing care to our residents and patients in a dynamic long-term care setting, under the guidance of our Nurse Manager, Nurse Coordinator, and / or RN.

Key Qualifications :

• Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program
• Current NYS LPN license
• Strong clinical patient care skills
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
