Job Title : BDC Internet Agent – Used Car Department

Location : Chevrolet of Troy, Troy, OH

Pay : $14–$15 / hr (Full-Time)

Job Summary :

Chevrolet of Troy is looking for a full-time BDC Internet Agent to join our Used Car Department. This position focuses on handling online leads, phone calls, and setting appointments to drive traffic to our showroom.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond to internet and phone inquiries quickly and professionally

Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email

Schedule appointments for the sales team

Log all customer interactions in the CRM system

Support the sales team with lead management and follow-up

Requirements :

Strong phone and communication skills

Basic computer and typing skills

Friendly, professional attitude

Previous customer service or BDC experience a plus but not a must

Must be available for full-time hours, including some evenings and weekends
