DSCR Loan Officer

A company is looking for a DSCR Loan Officer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate investors through consistent communication and personalized service

Guide clients through the investment readiness process and analyze borrower eligibility and risk profile

Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely progression from origination to closing

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and / or experience in real estate, lending, or financial services

Minimum of 1 year of consultative / inside sales experience

Proven track record of closing 5+ loans per month for residential investments

Strong computer skills and tech-savviness with CRM platforms

High level of perseverance and a strong work ethic
