We are seeking an experienced Co-Director for a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Program to join a growing, multidisciplinary care organization. This senior-level role combines direct clinical care, care coordination, and progressive program leadership
The position begins in a co-director model (6-12 months) to ensure continuity and structured knowledge transfer, with a planned transition into expanded clinical and operational leadership responsibilities, including program growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based clinical care to TBI patients within scope and protocols.
Coordinate complex, multidisciplinary care plans and case management.
Participate in program operations, protocol development, and workflow optimization.
Utilize and support implementation of TBI diagnostic and treatment technologies.
Engage in referral outreach, educational initiatives, and program growth efforts.
Support scalability and expansion across multiple clinic locations.
Qualifications:
RN-FP with active licensure or eligibility in applicable states.
MBA preferred.
Experience in complex case management and multidisciplinary care.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Willingness to travel.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $200,000 annually + Depends upon experience
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Performance Bonus: Up to $25,000 in Year 1
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000
