As Senior Strategic Finance Analyst you will produce valuable insights to improve decision-making at all levels of the organization by developing complex financial models that forecast business needs and measure performance. You will partner cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment to support critical business initiatives with financial and analytical support. In this role, you will evaluate growth initiatives, optimize performance, and support scalable execution of Honest's core offerings.

Primary functions of the Strategic Finance Senior Analyst include :

Build and maintain detailed financial models for existing and prospective risk contracts, including assumptions around attribution, per member per month (PMPM) revenue, medical expense trends, and quality initiatives.

Support the development of board and investor materials including strategic analyses, financial updates, and key performance indicators.

Support executive decision-making through scenario modeling, risk analysis, and ROI assessments.

Contribute to strategic planning cycles and long-range financial outlooks.

Collaborate with the Actuarial team to interpret claims data, identify cost drivers, and track medical loss ratio (MLR) trends.

Partner with business operations leaders to measure performance against benchmarks and identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvement.

Support cross-functional initiatives to assess the financial implications of new programs, partnerships, or reimbursement models.

Serve as a thought partner to business leaders by translating complex financial data into actionable insights aligned with organizational goals.

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or related field is required.

2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, corporate finance and / or corporate strategy experience in a high-performing, fast-paced organization.

Demonstrated experience developing complex financial models for forecasting business performance and projecting project ROI / impact.

Experience producing presentation materials for executive and board of directors of financial insights and performance results.

Experience working with SQL, Tableau, or other analytics tools is preferred.

Able to travel to Nashville, TN on an occasional basis.

The base pay range for this role is $94,300.00 - $108,400.00. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Honest. Eligible roles also qualify for short-term incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
