Responsibilities :
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood learning.Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for children.Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based activities.Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers.Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom experiences.Organize and participate in school events and activities to foster community engagement.Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes exploration and discovery.Stay updated with early childhood education best practices and regulations.Why work for us?
A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.Creative, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor to foster a positive learning environment.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic teaching team.Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early educationCPR and First Aid certification preferred or willing to take the training onsite.About Us :
