Senior Director of Program Management & Evaluation

The Senior Director of Program Management and Evaluation is a strategic, organization‑wide leader responsible for building and sustaining a high‑performing program management infrastructure across all ministries and service lines. This role drives excellence by developing centralized systems for program intake, change management, data collection, evaluation, and long‑term sustainability-ensuring that programs are designed and delivered with consistency, quality, and impact. The office location for this position is at the Catholic Charities central office located on Lindell.

Partnering closely with ministry and service line leaders, as well as operations, finance, and quality teams, the Senior Director ensures alignment between program operations, strategic priorities, and accreditation standards. This position plays a critical role in maintaining Joint Commission readiness and supporting compliance across Behavioral Health, Human Services, and Assisted Living, ensuring programs meet regulatory expectations and respond effectively to community needs.

Ideal candidates will bring a master's degree in social work, public health, healthcare / public administration, evaluation, or a related field, along with extensive experience in program management, program evaluation, and performance improvement within complex, multi‑site organizations. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to translate data into actionable insights, and deep familiarity with accreditation and regulatory frameworks-particularly the Joint Commission. Experience with centralized systems development, governance structures, data visualization tools, dashboards, and performance reporting will further strengthen a candidate's contribution to this high‑impact leadership position.
