Float Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level)

Home base in Ferndale, MI. Will float to Detroit, Madison Heights, and potentially Warren. Schedule : MondayThursday : 8 : 30am5 : 00pm, Friday : 8 : 30am4 : 30pm.

Position Overview : We are seeking a dependable and adaptable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support multiple clinic locations. This is an entry-level role with full training provided at the Ferndale location. The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling between sites and working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with insurance, product eligibility, and cost inquiries
• Coordinate clinical staff schedules
• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations / referrals
• Process orders and maintain order status
• Discharge patients and manage medical records
• Prep documents for imaging
• Provide face-to-face customer service
• Support patients of all ages, including those receiving prosthetics, orthotics, and mastectomy care

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
