About the Role

Leading mechanical contractor in Northwest Ohio, is seeking a Service Billing Clerk (Level 2) to join our team in Lima, OH. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to the smooth execution of our billing operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and professional invoicing of service work across the organization. This role is essential to the financial health and customer satisfaction of our business.

Billing Review & Processing – 40%

Cross-Departmental Communication – 20%

Client Account Management – 15%

ERP & Recordkeeping – 15%

Administrative Support & Other Duties – 10%

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all billing-related tasks. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where cross-functional communication is key, and you enjoy solving problems and clarifying discrepancies. You bring a strong understanding of billing processes—ideally within a service or HVAC environment—and are comfortable using ERP systems and Microsoft Office. You’re proactive, communicative, and value being part of a team that supports both internal departments and external clients with professionalism.
