Position : - Technical Program Manager

Location : - Franklin TN (Day 1 onsite)

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage data and analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
  • Drive the implementation of data-driven solutions and analytics strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Identify and assess project risks, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in data and analytics, and provide recommendations for incorporating new technologies into existing projects.
  • Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on data and analytics projects.
  • Proven experience in managing data and analytics projects, with a strong understanding of data management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM are desirable.
