Position Overview

We're seeking a Homecare Sales Specialist to drive business growth, establish referral relationships, and expand our client base. You'll represent our services to hospitals, physicians, senior care facilities, and community partners , helping them connect their patients with high-quality home care solutions.

This role requires a proven sales background , strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to confidently generate and convert leads . If you're motivate by success, independence, and making a real difference in people's lives , we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop New Business - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of referral sources through strategic networking and outreach.
• Expand Referral Relationships - Connect with hospitals, physicians, assisted living communities and care providers to increase client referrals.
• Educate and Advocate - Effectively communicate the value of our services to healthcare professionals and families.
• Close Deals - Confidently secure new referral partnerships and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure consistent business growth.
• Meet and Exceed Sales Goals - Achieve performance targets through proactive sales efforts and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams - Work with operations, care coordinators, and clinical staff to ensure smooth client transitions.
