Responsibilities - Service Advisor :
Schedule appointments with customersMeet and greet customersThe Service Advisor will work with customer and technician to identify required maintenance utilizing historical service dataAdvise customers on necessary / suggested servicesCompute cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customerEstimate cost of mechanical, electric, or other repairsEnter itemized estimate on service order and explain estimate to customer to gain their understanding of all services providedDetermine progress of repair / service orders and inform customer accordinglyAddress customers questions / needs promptly and professionallyEnsure comprehensive pre-delivery check of customer vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and that all items identified for service / repair have been completed as scheduledReview results of customer satisfaction surveys with Service ManagerEstablish long-term positive relationships with customersMeet the dealerships standards for repair / order productionRequirements - Service Advisor :
