About the Role

We’re seeking a versatile UX Designer to join our team and drive the creation of intuitive, user-centered digital products. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of research, strategy, and design—collaborating directly with end users and modern software development teams to deliver high-quality experiences that solve real problems.

This is a hands-on position where you’ll conduct formal research, analyze data, and translate insights into compelling design solutions. You’ll be embedded within product teams, contributing to strategy, backlogs, and the overall design vision.

What You’ll Do

Research & Discovery

• Conduct user interviews and field research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Design and execute surveys to gather quantitative data
• Analyze both qualitative and quantitative research to inform product hypotheses and recommendations
• Apply usability principles and mental models to guide design strategy
