Promotes evidence-based practice through protocols and procedures. Assesses patient status via interview, observation, and physical assessment. Job Requirements Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois (implied by state and specialty). Knowledge and skills in critical care nursing, specifically cardiovascular intensive care. Ability to perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Competence in evidence-based nursing practice and clinical documentation. Technical proficiency with medical equipment and lab specimen collection. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to prioritize and manage complex patient care assignments.
