We have partnered with a highly regarded private school located in Miami that is seeking an experienced High School Principal to join their team.

This school is seeking a candidate for this full time, on-site and year-round position who is mission-driven, entrepreneurial and passionate about helping all students succeed.

• Candidates must have a minimum of five years of working experience as a high school principal / leader within an independent school, preferably in a startup environment

Position Summary

The High School Principal will cultivate a positive and academic focused school culture; direct and manage instructional programs to ensure each student has the opportunity to excel; and supervise teachers and other personnel at campus level. This school is especially interested in candidates with experience in personalized learning, mindfulness and emotional intelligence, foreign language acquisition, entrepreneurial thinking and joyful learning environments.
