• TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years or eligibility and working toward BC) or Board Certified in Urology - REQUIRED
• NY License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• DEA (or able to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Robotics certification - PREFERRED
