The Opportunity

The Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, PC is looking for a dedicated Client Relations Coordinator to join our team in Irvine, CA to support our client experience, online reputation, attorney recognition programs, and public-facing case summaries. This is an individual-contributor role perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, strengthening brand reputation, and coordinating marketing-related tasks. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), fully on-site role in our Irvine, CA office.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients through case exit process by delivering settlement checks and explaining disbursements
• Conduct client satisfaction outreach and gather feedback
• Request and track online reviews across Google, Yelp, etc.
• Support leadership by identifying trends in client feedback and collaborating on action plans for improvement
• Draft polished settlement summaries and submit results to external verdict/settlement databases
• Support PR with case information for media opportunities
• Submit attorneys for awards, rankings, and recognitions
• Maintain attorney profiles on platforms such as Avvo, Martindale-Hubbell, Super Lawyers, and Justia
• Ensure all credentials, results, and achievements remain updated for firm and attorneys
• Maintain accurate records of reviews, submissions, and profile updates
• Assist Marketing team with marketing and PR initiatives, including merchandise orders, PR/Marketing events, newsletter, and outreach initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing or equivalent Associate's degree (Marketing preferred)
• Affable, personable, and professional, as you will be interacting with clients frequently
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong emotional intelligence and client-service mindset
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy
• Comfortable with online platforms (Google Reviews, Yelp, Avvo, etc.)
• Reliable, accountable, and deadline-driven
