Are you a people person with a passion for helping others? Were looking for a motivated and results-driven Property & Casualty Insurance Account Representative to join our State Farm agency team.

In this role, youll build strong relationships with customers, provide personalized insurance options, and help protect what matters most to them. Youll also have the opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, team-oriented environment where your hard work and success are recognized and rewarded.

What Youll Do

  • Develop new business through proactive outreach, including outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community involvement.
  • Build lasting customer relationships by understanding individual needs and recommending appropriate State Farm Property & Casualty products.
  • Educate and support clients through policy reviews, coverage explanations, and proactive communication.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional State Farm products, such as Life, Health, or Financial Services, to provide complete protection solutions.

    • What You Bring

    Active Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain one quickly).

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivated and goal-oriented, with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus).
