A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst focused on Quote to Cash processes.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver scalable system solutions for quoting, contracting, billing, and revenue operations
Manage requirements gathering, documentation, and testing to ensure quality and alignment with business goals
Identify opportunities for process optimization or automation to improve efficiency and data accuracy across systems
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or revenue operations, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment
Proven experience with Quote to Cash processes, including Salesforce, CPQ, and Billing
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into documented requirements
Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
