We want to be new and fresh everyday, and have fun doing it Other duties as assigned   Qualifications 4+ years professional video editing and producing experience Highly skilled in video editing and motion graphics via Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects Experience editing long-form programming and social media cutdowns from those shows quickly and efficiently is a major plus Great communication and collaboration skills Strong audio editing skill set Able to self produce creative touches for YouTube and social videos Experience creating viral social media video content across TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and other social platforms Excellent digital media file management Strong sense of social media style geared toward a younger Millennial / Gen Z audience Experience in a fast-paced, tight deadline, production team work environment Strong sense of social media style geared toward a younger Millennial / Gen Z audience Strong eye for top performing content Must have a disruptor mindset when it comes to standing out on the platforms we are competing on You have a gritty & entrepreneurial attitude and are flexible to the always-changing nature of editing for social platforms Strong knowledge and passion for sports and digital media Preferred :
