The Loan Services Specialist supports lending operations by entering, processing, and maintaining loans.

What You Bring to the Table :

Preferred :

Three (3) years of related financial administrative experience ;
Banking experience;
Loan administration experience, basic accounting skills.

Required :

A high school diploma or GED;

Team player attitude;

Strong attention to detail ;

Proficient math skills;

Communication and interpersonal skills;

Skilled in Microsoft Office , specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Why You'll Love This Role :

Use your attention to detail to onboard and verify new loan data to the core system;

Provide excellent administrative support by reviewing daily loan reports and performing maintenance requests;

Applying math and accounting principles to balance loan general ledger accounts , adjust loan rate schedules, and calculate loan payoffs;

Process multiple materials regarding loan disbursements, modifications, flood insurance, mortgage insurance and Escrow payments ;

Reconcile and pay monthly escrowed bills to insurance companies;

Taking care of our customers by reviewing and preparing customer notices, statements and other loan-related communications.
