Position Overview

As a Content Creator, you’ll collaborate with the Social Media and Creative teams in strategic concepting and content creation across Zero’s social media clients.

To be successful in this role, you are required to stay up to date on fast-moving trend cycles and culturally relevant topics to understand what will resonate for brands online. You are someone who has a natural affinity and passion for the internet and will be the person who consistently brings this awareness and perspective to the team at large.

You’ll work directly with teams across disciplines, including Accounts and Creative. Candidates are expected to have some foundation in social media strategy and proven expertise in content creation. In this role, your primary responsibility is to create the most effective work possible in an enjoyable, engaging, and positive environment.

Strategic Concepting & Planning

• Collaborating on strategic concepting and planning for social media & content creation (including pre-shoot shotlists and script support, day-of capture, and post-shoot editing)
• Comprehension of metrics analysis with end-goal to inform content success
• Helping keep the Zero team on top of trends and plugged into industry updates, following developments from major social platforms and innovative social marketing campaigns
• Identifying potential trend and cultural content opportunities in collaboration with Zero’s team of Social Strategists & Content Creators
