Construction Project Manager

This role is with a well-established, medium-sized organization in the Property industry. Known for delivering high-quality construction projects, the company focuses on efficiency and excellence, offering long-term opportunities for professional growth.

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within the Property industry.

Manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and costs are controlled.

Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are achieved on schedule.

Coordinate with contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.

Ensure compliance with all local regulations and building codes.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders, maintaining clear and open communication.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization.

A successful Project Manager should have :

  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing construction projects in the Property industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement solutions efficiently.

Competitive salary in the range of $117000 to $143000, commensurate with experience.
