About this role.

As a Geriatric Physician within our Intermountain Health (Las Vegas Area) Medical Group, you will join a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. In this role you will approximately 16 patients per day for annual wellness checks, identification and treatment of chronic conditions, diagnostic testing, laboratory services and immunizations.

• This role features an annual base salary of $260,000.00 / Year

• Starting incentive of $60,000.00

• Relocation of up to $20,000.00 for eligible household moves

• Quality Incentives starting at $30,000.00 / Year

• You will practice at an Intermountain Health Primary Care Clinic.

• Your weekly schedule will be 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts

• No nights, weekends or hospital call required

Requirements of this role:

• 5+ years’ experience in primary care

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

• Residency training in Family or Internal Medicine

• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline

• Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

Preferences for this role:

• Experience in managed care and/or geriatric care

• Fluency in Medical Spanish preferred (not required)
