The Labor Relations (LR) Team (part of the broader Human Resources organization) at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a candidate to join a growing community of committed LR professionals in Sunnyvale, California. The selected candidate will have ownership for providing LR / HR Business Partner Support to our Manufacturing / Production Operations organization. The selected candidate will partner with the LR Team and operations leadership on the implementation of LR strategy, data analytics, administration of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), CBA negotiations, other areas as a LR subject matter expert. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate leadership and relationship building skills, data analytic skills, a commitment to ethics and integrity, and the capability to innovate while challenging traditional ways of doing business. Skillful verbal and written communication talents are required, and the ideal candidate will have prior success building or enhancing a collaborative, supportive and understanding work environment in a unionized setting, and the ability to work with difficult individuals. The successful candidate will demonstrate how they have supported their prior teams through organization, self-motivation, and task ownership skills, with the ability to accomplish complex duties in a high-impact, time sensitive environment.

Salary Range : $91,200.00 - $136,800.00Salary Range 2 : $113,500.00 - $170,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
