Telemetry RN Job Details Assignment Type : Travel Nursing Job Location : Fort Dodge, IA 50501 (Iowa nursing jobs) Unit : Center for Acute Care - 3N (Telemetry) Start Date : December 8, 2025 End Date : March 9, 2026 Duration : 13-week contract Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (12-hour night shifts) Hours per Week : 36 Weekend Requirement : Every 3rd weekend EMR : EPIC Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1950 - $2090 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Med Surg, Telemetry, or Med / Tele Proficiency with EPIC EMR Current ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications Ability to float to Emergency Department (ED) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as needed First-time travel nurses accepted with at least 3 years of nursing experience Must have a taxable address outside of 60 miles from the facility Telemetry RN Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to post-surgical and post-cath patients in a telemetry healthcare setting Monitor and administer cardiac, heparin, and insulin drips, including titration Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care Float to ED and ICU units as required Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR Participate in scheduled holiday and weekend rotations Apply now to join our healthcare team in Fort Dodge, Iowa and take the next step in your travel nursing career!
