Job descriptionDriving various types of vehicles including but not limited to tractor trailer, box truck, and flatbeds Hooking up and securing containers, trailers etc. Securing various commodities Performing pre-and post-trip of vehicle Completion of various paperwork Checking of containers and emptying of contents if necessary Backup B driver for the Warehouse division Loading and unloading of vehicles Other duties as assigned Ability to drive a tractor, box truck, and flatbed – all standard transmission Ability to hook up to containers and trailers and secure loads Knowledge of the streets and locations on Oahu Knowledge of all state and federal traffic and DOT laws, rules and regulations Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with customers and teammates Maintain a professional attitude and approach to problem solving Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and Ability to listen well, follow instructions, and multi-task Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision CDL A license preferably w / Hazardous Materials Endorsement Valid Hawaii Drivers License Must be 21 years of age or older TWIC card DOT Medical card

- Drop off / pick up various commodities island wide including but not limited to : container spotting,
construction material hauling, etc.
