• Responsibilities
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
• Help educate parents and children on proper oral hygiene
• Provide calm, cheerful support to patients.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow efficiently, acting as a liaison between the dentist and patients.
• Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Handle administrative tasks such as medical coding, billing, and insurance verification when necessary.
• Support pediatric dentistry practices by providing compassionate care to young patients.

• Pediatric dental experience is a big plus!
• A friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who genuinely loves working with children
• Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred.
• Experience in taking vital signs is beneficial for patient assessment.
• Background in working as a dental receptionist or similar roles will be considered an asset.
• Knowledge of pediatric dentistry practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in using various dental systems and technology.
