Assistant Manager

The Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act like an owner
- Ensure Team Members and Shift Leaders complete assigned tasks
- Assist in Profit and Loss management by following cash control / security procedures
- Maintain inventory and manage labor
- Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times
- Assist RGM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times

High School Diploma or GED1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environmentMust be at least 18 years of ageMust have reliable transportationBasic personal computer literacyBasic business math and accounting skillsStrong analytical / decision-making skillsAble to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift
