The Hotel Zamora, a beautiful boutique hotel located in St. Pete Beach, FL, is seeking an experienced Front Desk Associate. With stunning views overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway and Gulf of Mexico, the Hotel Zamora provides a luxurious retreat for its guests. Besides relaxing in the beautifully appointed guest rooms, our guests experience intuitive service in our Rooftop Lounge, Sidewalk Restaurant, Private Dining, and Meeting / Banquet space. The Hotel Zamora is under new ownership and management with Sherman Associates, an accomplished and proven real estate development and management company. The Front Desk Associate is responsible for check-in, checkout, kiosk operations, and all other guest transactions they strive to exceed established standards at every opportunity and take pride in the overall look and feel of our brand.

Essential Functions :

• Ensures every guest is greeted and welcomed on arrival
• Registers and books guests, verifying reservation, address, email address and credit information
• Proficient on kiosk operations to assist when necessary
• Answers all inbound calls in a professional manner
• Has an intimate knowledge of the hotel facilities and the local geographic area
• Accepts payment for guests' accounts at the time of registration and at checkout
• Maintains a house bank and makes a deposit and accurate report of receipts daily
• Processes all retail transactions for the guest
• Responsible for restocking and assuring overall cleanliness of Retail
• Issues luggage claims and check guest luggage when requested
• Takes pride in the overall look and feel of the hotel assuring cleanliness and conditions are at their peak at all times
• Respectfully listen and respond to guest complaints in an efficient and professional manner
• Completes additional duties as assigned
