Job description

Cross Country Locums is seeking an Occupational / Urgent Care physician for a contract position in Kenosha Wisconsin

JOB DETAILS :

  • Open dates : 4 / 29 thru 7 / 29 / 22
  • We are looking for an IM or FP with Occupational Medicine / Urgent Care experience Mon-Fri (5 days / week)
  • 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday Milwaukee area or surrounding suburbs
  • MUST be DOT certified
  • Worksite Setting : Free standing clinic
  • EMR / EHR system : Allscripts

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Active unrestricted Wisconsin license,
  • DEA
  • DOT cert
  • Proof of vaccination .
  • Name Clear / Submission Process and Turnaround time : Has been about 1 week
