Our newest opportunity : The Director, Retirement Platform Enablement leads the design, documentation, and evolution of the Retirement Solutions platform. This role ensures that policies, procedures, knowledge resources, and platform tools are standardized, integrated, and actively adopted by the field. By convening feedback loops across Operations, Workplace Solutions, and advisors, the Director harmonizes input, arbitrates trade-offs, and drives continuous platform improvement. Success depends on ensuring the platform is efficient, compliant, advisor-friendly, and scalable.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Define, Document, and Standardize Platform Practices
Develop and maintain the "OneDigital way" for Retirement Solutions, including policies, procedures, SOPs, workflows, and playbooks.
Create knowledge articles that span from high-level solution overviews and go-to-market strategies to detailed step-by-step how-to guides.
Ensure documentation reflects best practices and enables consistency, scalability, and compliance across the division.
Actively Engage and Harmonize Feedback Across Field, Operations, and Workplace Solutions
Partner with Workplace Solutions to source best practices directly from advisors and field teams through focus groups, event strategies, and structured feedback channels.
Collaborate with Operations to integrate compliance requirements, process improvements, and system pain points into platform design.
Proactively collect, synthesize, and arbitrate input from all stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and resource allocation.
Drive Integration and Adoption of Platform Tools
Ensure seamless interoperability between Salesforce, Fi360, Power BI, and related systems.
Partner with our Data Strategy team to create and maintain dashboards to monitor adoption, data hygiene, and system interactions, including whether advisors are completing required Salesforce fields correctly and whether tools are speaking to each other as intended.
Monitor dashboards and system alerts to quickly identify and address integration or data issues.
Maintain a forward-looking roadmap that sequences platform enhancements, fixes, and new features based on business priorities.
Advocate for Retirement Solutions' needs with corporate IT, product, and vendor teams to secure data access, product enhancements, and service improvements.
Promote automation, reporting accuracy, and data quality improvements to increase advisor productivity and client experience.
Lead Platform Change and Project Management Initiatives
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of platform projects, from requirements intake and prioritization through UAT, rollout, and adoption.
Coordinate cross-functional implementation with Operations (for BAU process alignment) and Workplace Solutions (for adoption and training).
Develop dashboards and reporting to track platform usage, data hygiene, and advisor engagement.
Use adoption and performance metrics to identify gaps and direct future training or system enhancements.
Team Management
Provide leadership and direction for team members supporting platform enablement.
Set clear expectations, guide priorities, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements :
Strong program / project management skills with experience leading multiple system initiatives.
Expertise in Salesforce, Fi360, Power BI, and related tools; ability to translate business requirements into technical enhancements.
Skilled at harmonizing feedback and balancing trade-offs across diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication and change-management skills; able to drive adoption across field and internal teams.
Data-driven mindset with demonstrated success using dashboards, reporting, and metrics to guide decisions.
Education, Training and Experience :
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
812 years of experience in product / platform operations, enablement, or retirement / financial services.
Proven record of designing documentation, knowledge resources, and adoption strategies.
Experience collaborating with IT, vendors, and product teams to deliver integrated platform solutions.
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $125,000 to $145,000 per year. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and / or annual bonus based on your individual performance and / or the company's performance.
