As a Service Account Manager, you will be responsible for account management, contract negotiations, quoting work, providing technical support, and ongoing coordination between customers and any resources needed to meet customers’ needs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientsServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns and provide tailored HVAC solutionsIdentify and pursue new work, cross-sell or upsell to existing client base. Assist in the renewal processPrepare and deliver sales quotes and proposals to clientsWork with sales and other internal departments to ensure successful delivery of HVAC and assist in developing strategic marketing plansProvide up to date technical guidance and support to clients on HVAC systems and assist in resolving technical issues when they arisePrepare reports. billing and other documentation as outlined in customer contracts and ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry regulationsWork to ensure customer retention rate, financial performance of assigned accounts, and pull-through sales are meeting or exceeding company standardsMaintain accurate client records including sales activities, client interactions, and project detailsMonitor progress or work and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle with internal and external teamsExperience & Competencies :
AAS degree or 5+ years of related work experience in the HVAC industry and BS Degree preferred but not necessaryExperience in the HVAC industry with the ability to quote HVAC repairs and replacements; Previous HVAC technician preferredProficient with Microsoft Office products : Outlook, Word and ExcelExcellent customer service skills including effective verbal and written communicationDetail oriented and results driven with the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments and work collaboratively with colleaguesAbility and willingness to travel as needed to coordinate teams and vendors in multiple marketsMust have the integrity, enthusiasm and willingness to represent company in the most professional, positive mannerDanforth offers a competitive benefits package for eligible employees including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, 401(k), with company match, and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The estimated compensation range for this role is $80,000-$100,000. This range is based on several factors, including individual education, qualifications, training, prior work experience, and work location.
