As a Hardware Deployment Specialist, you will be a crucial part of our customer experience team, overseeing the efficient shipment of our hardware products to our partners, monitoring their deployment in the field, and maintaining an accurate and organized inventory. We are seeking an individual with exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a proven track record in logistics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and facilitate the shipping process of products to partners.
• Monitor and track the status of shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with logistics partners and carriers to optimize transportation routes and costs.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Work with a direct manager to ensure efficient inventory management systems and procedures.
• Perform routine checks on hardware deployed in the field, addressing any maintenance or replacement needs promptly.
• Provide timely and effective communication regarding shipment updates to internal teams and external partners.
