Project Architect / Senior Architect - HCAi | Construction Admin

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Architect / Senior Architect with expertise in Healthcare Architecture and Construction Administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HCAI and OSHPD processes, and will be responsible for overseeing healthcare projects from design through construction, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and project management for healthcare projects.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to achieve project goals.
• Ensure compliance with HCAI and OSHPD regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize Revit for creating detailed architectural plans and documentation.
• Manage construction administration tasks including site visits, submittal reviews, and addressing contractor inquiries.
• Review and approve project schedules, budgets, and construction documents.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design staff.
