Job Description :

The Job Cost Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate job cost records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting financial and operational teams with timely reporting and analysis. This position bridges accounting and operations, helping ensure that project budgets, costs, and variances are properly tracked and communicated.

Key Responsibilities :

Job Cost & Accounting Support

• Gather, organize, and input project cost data using accounting and reporting systems.
• Maintain and reconcile budgets, costs, and job-level reporting accuracy.
• Assist with tracking budget-to-actual performance and analyzing cost variances.
• Support the month-end close process through job cost entries and accrual adjustments.
• Prepare cost data summaries and documentation for internal reporting and management review.
