About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist

Experience : New Graduates are welcome. SNF experience preferred.
License : Valid physical therapist license required.
Certifications : Current CPR certification is preferred.
Must-Have :
- Completed prescreen form attached upon submission.
- Resume and license verification attached prior to submission.
- Covid test completed 72 hours prior to start with results issued 48 hours before the start date.
Description :
Make sure the prescreen form is filled out and attached upon submitting the candidate.
A resume and license verification also need to be attached.
If these items are not completed and attached, the candidate will be declined.
Candidates must have completed a background check including county, federal, and multi-state criminal searches for the last seven years.
A nationwide sex offender search for the last seven years is also required.
Searches for HHS / OIG and GSA are mandatory.
A social security number trace must be conducted.
Candidates must have proof of a step PPD or Quantiferon test, or proof of a positive PPD and chest X-ray.
They should also pass a CORI Massachusetts background check.
Completion of eight hours of dementia training is required.
