Transportation Coordinator – Keep zTrip Running Smoothly in Fort Collins, CO

zTrip is North America’s largest taxi provider, operating over 6,000 vehicles across 38 cities. We’re committed to delivering safe, reliable, and efficient transportation that connects people and strengthens communities.

We’re currently looking for a Transportation Coordinator to join our fast-paced operations team in Fort Collins, CO . In this critical role, you’ll be the communication hub between drivers and customers—assigning trips, monitoring vehicle activity, and helping resolve issues to ensure seamless service.

What You’ll Do as a Transportation Coordinator :

  • Assign trips based on driver availability, location, and customer requirements
  • Monitor real-time fleet activity to maintain on-time performance and efficient routing
  • Communicate trip details, route changes, and service updates professionally
  • Keep accurate records of trip assignments, vehicle usage, and driver status
  • Work closely with operations to manage disruptions, delays, or emergency situations
  • Support both drivers and passengers with timely solutions and clear communication

What You Bring :

  • Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or customer service is preferred
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with dispatching or fleet management software is a plus
  • A valid driver’s license is required
