Position Overview :

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD / DO) to join our Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) supporting Veterans in Wise County, TX. You will provide direct outpatient primary care services, lead a multidisciplinary care team, and ensure our nation’s Veterans receive timely, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver comprehensive primary care, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute care.
• Serve as the clinical leader of the PACT team; participate in daily team huddles and weekly case reviews.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies, prescribe medications, and coordinate specialty referrals.
• Ensure same-day access for Veterans during clinic hours.
• Document care in VA’s electronic health record (EHR).
