Leasing Specialist- Quiet Waters Landing

WPM is looking for an experienced, energetic, and friendly professional to join our team as a Leasing Specialist at Quiet Waters Landing in Annapolis, MD. Leasing Specialists play a key role in turning our apartments into homes by connecting with prospects, supporting residents, and creating a welcoming community.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in customer service, sales, or marketing. Prior leasing experience and familiarity with Entrata software are a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Track phone and walk-in traffic, recording data daily and preparing weekly traffic reports
• Assist applicants with the leasing process and gather required documentation
• Maintain and update marketing materials and support community outreach efforts
• Manage vacancies by maintaining vacancy reports, completing checklist items, and preparing units for move-in (including minor cleaning of fixtures, floors, windows, etc.)
• Ensure move-in readiness and coordinate with residents for a smooth transition
• Support resident retention through proactive communication, planning, and participation in community events
• Provide assistance to prospects, residents, and vendors with scheduling tours, maintenance requests, and general property information
• Produce, modify, and distribute forms, spreadsheets, and resident communications as needed
• Maintain filing systems for resident records, invoices, purchase orders, and vendor files
• Monitor and update insurance certificate files for all residents
• Contribute to daily operations by providing phone coverage and administrative support
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the property management team
