Step into the magic of Chicago’s favorite holiday tradition! Navy Pier is looking for enthusiastic and friendly Guest Experience Ambassadors to help create unforgettable memories for families at Winter Wonder Fest. You can apply online today and or come to our onsite Job Fair.
What You’ll Do
Welcome and assist guests with a smile
Share information and keep experiences safe and enjoyable
Support event activities, attractions, and line management
Assist during downtime or emergencies by directing guests as needed
Be a positive team player across Winter Wonder Fest and Navy Pier
What We’re Looking For
Customer service or guest experience background
Friendly, reliable, and respectful of all guests and teammates
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable standing for long periods in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma (or equivalent) required

Job Duration : December 4, 2025 – January 4, 2026

Job Fair Dates : October 21 & 22, 2025 | 4 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 PM at Navy Pier (You can apply online today and or come to our onsite Job Fair)
Pay : $17.00 / hour
Schedule : At least 3 days / week (22.5 hrs. min), evenings & weekends required
(3 work shifts are available)

Job Fair Dates : October 21 & 22, 2025 | 4 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 PM at Navy Pier (The event will be held on the second floor of the Family Pavilion, called "The Landing" and directional signs will be posted throughout the area to guide attendees.)
